Ordering and Contract Formation
While our website does not facilitate online purchases, we may engage with customers to provide quotes or reserve stock via enquiry. A contract is only formed once payment is received and the order is confirmed in writing.
Special Orders
Products that are custom-made to your specifications (e.g., fabric choices, size) are considered ‘Made to Order’ and are non-refundable unless defective. These terms will be clearly outlined during your order process.
Pricing and Payment
Prices quoted include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices in line with changes to VAT or supplier costs. All payments are to be made in full before delivery.
Delivery
We will provide estimated delivery timelines at the time of order. While we aim to meet these estimates, they are not guaranteed. Mylor & Mawes Ltd is not liable for any delay beyond our reasonable control.
Customers must ensure safe access for delivery. If access is unsafe or restricted, we may reschedule delivery and apply additional charges.
Returns and Cancellations
You may cancel a stock order before dispatch. For Made to Order items, cancellations may not be accepted once production has begun. Any returns must be authorised and goods returned in original condition.
Due to hygiene reasons, mattresses and mattress toppers cannot be returned once unsealed unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Any goods found to be faulty or damaged on delivery must be reported within 48 hours by email. We will inspect and, if appropriate, repair or replace the item. Do not attempt repairs yourself.
Ownership and Risk
Ownership passes only when payment is received in full. Risk passes on delivery. Customers are responsible for the safekeeping of goods awaiting collection or exchange.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, wars, or government action.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
